Here are some simple tips for long life to Your tights:
Make sure You have no sharp edges on Your fingers, toes, or heels.
If possible, wet the tights before first use. This will "woke the elastane" up, and gives the tights flexibility that they need.

Roll tights in Your hands all the way to toe part, and start rolling gently over your legs.
