DESCRIPTION

Reidar maxi skirt has a structured, nipped-in waist falling to an ankle length hem. Wear it with a tonal camisole as an elegant alternative to an evening dress or combine with silky Usva slip top or with white basic T. 

Hálo x Reidar Särestöniemi EXCLUSIVE collection is a recognition to a famous Finnish painter Reidar Särestöniemi (1925-1981). Signature ’Night of Frost’ painting is one of the most famous paintings within ’Frosty Birches’ series. A capsule collection is designed exclusively by hálo. From every sold item a percentage is donated to the foundation of Reidar Särestöniemi.

SHIPPING

We ship via Finnish postal Service and DHL Express which provide secure and easy trackable methods of shipping. If your package gets lost in transit we will do everything we possibly can to assist you.

We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated. Once the carriers have hold of the package we cannot be responsible for delivered items that have been lost or stolen.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days after the order has been confirmed, excluding holidays and weekends. When ordering from outside Finland, please allow up to 14 days for delivery.

Please note that we are unable to affect the delivery times of DHL or Finnish Postal Service. We ship orders worldwide and both delivery times and prices may vary depending on the shipping country.

If you are making the purchase of the products from a country outside the European Union, you will only be charged for product price and delivery. NOTE that the import charges will be on your responsibility. Such import charges may include, but not limit to: import duties, customs and local sales. Payment of these may be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Please contact your local customs service for further information.

DELIVERY

Delivery time and price may vary depending of the location and the products delivered. We use Finnish Postal Service and DHL Express for deliveries and are unable to affect the delivery times of our service providers.

The products will be delivered to the address provided by the customer in the order. Estimated delivery times and charges are indicated here below. As a customer you are able to choose our service provider and the delivery method according to your needs when proceeding with you order and payment in the check-out.

RETURNS

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase at www.halofromnorth.com, you have the possibility of returning the products to us. You have fourteen (14) days from the date you received your order to return or exchange. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t exchange or offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and checked, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

We only accept returns or exchanges purchased at www.halofromnorth.com.

Please contact our customer service at store@halofromnorth.com with a detailed description of what you want to return or exchange and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

When returning postage yourself, we suggest you insure the package via Mail or DHL and purchase tracking services for your protection, please provide tracking information in email of return/exchange request to store@halofromnorth.com.

Save the shipping receipt for your records. Please note that only merchandise received by our warehouse can be processed.

You will receive an e-mail notification upon the receipt of your return, provided that your e-mail address is included on your return/exchange mail to store@halofromnorth.com .

Same return/exchange policies apply to gift recipients who would like to return the hálo merchandise for refund or an exchange.

Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange.

 Personalized Items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Hálo does not provide return shipping labels.

Hálo reserves the right to assess merchandise and determine whether damage is a result of defective production or normal wear.

EXCHANGES

Making an Exchange:

Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of the order receipt for merchandise purchased at full retail price.
Specify the exchange item and the new color / size / style on the return/exchange mail to store@halofromnorth.com .

Include the request in your return package. Simply ship it back to us and we’ll send your new item.
If you are exchanging an item due to a mistake made by hálo or because of quality issues, we will reimburse you with store credit for the shipping costs.
Availability of the replacement item is not guaranteed. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of the exchange processing. If you have any questions or concerns, please e-mail us at store@halofromnorth.com .
